The next update of Free RAR Extract Frog, version 2.1, will be released in a few days. Here are some screenshots of the new options and features:
Most users liked the easy-to-use interface of Free RAR Extract Frog, but some first-time users still got confused and wanted an "Unrar..."-button as additional way to start to unrar files and a help dialog that explains how to use it. So here it is:
If you like the old style without the "Unrar..."-button better, you can turn that button off on the interface settings tab:
A lot of users had great ideas on how to make the handling of password protected RAR files even more comfortable. The solution that fits best all their requests is the new password list feature. This feature allows users to define a text file with lots of standard passwords. Free RAR Extract Frog tries to use them, before it asks for the password. If a matching password is in the list, the RAR file will be extracted smoothly and quickly, as if it had no password protection:
